Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-65 years of any gender. 2.Patients with ultrasonographic evidence of nodular goiter. 3.Patients with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, or Euthyroidism 4.Patients without hormone replacement treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Evidence of malignant change in ultrasonography TIRADS 4 and above. 2.Patients with complications such as signs and symptoms of excessive mechanical obstruction and pressure effects on adjacent structures, which are diagnosed by necessary investigations. 3.Patients with immune deficiency diseases like AIDS, cancer, etc. 4.Patients with any other severe systemic illness, like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, malignant hypertension, and other malignancies, etc. 5.Immunocompromised patients. 6.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 7.Patients having thyroiditis. 8.Patients taking iodine therapy, OCP pills, psychiatric medicines, and other medicines that have direct effects on the thyroid gland.
