Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 25 to 60 years. 2. Gender: Females only. 3. Subjects who have experience of more than 2 years in dancing. 4. Subjects who are dancing 1 or more than 1 hour per sessions in dancing. 5. Subjects who are dancing 2 or more than 2 sessions per week. 6. Subjects having low back pain. 7. visual analog scale Score 3 to 7 8. Subjects having up popliteal angle less than 145 degrees. 9. Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having severe neurological, cardio-pulmonary and musculoskeletal condition. 2. Subjects having any skin conditions. 3. Surgery done in lower limb and back in the last 3 months. 4. History of fracture in lower limb in the last 3 months. 5. Subjects involved in various fitness activities.
