Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with a normal BMI (from 18.5 to 24.9) Performs salah for at least four months Salah duration throughout the day for at least 48 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any specific training program and yoga in the last 6 months Pregnant and postpartum females defined up to 12 months following delivery Participants suffering from any pulmonary or chronic infectious disorder in the last 6 months Participants with history of any neuromuscular disorder or musculoskeletal disorder Participants who underwent major surgery recently in the last 6 months Participants with any recent soft tissue injury, bony injury in the last 6 months
