Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus showing fasting blood sugar level above 130mg/ dl Patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus showing HbA1C above 6.5% Pittsburgh sleep quality index score above 8 Epworth sleepiness scale above 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus and other types of diabetes mellitus Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who are under insulin therapy Cases with systemic complications of diabetes mellitus are not taken for study Patients who are under medication for other diseases Patients with other sleep disorders unrelated to type 2 diabetes mellitus Patients with psychiatric disorders are excluded
