Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having symptoms of Janu sandhivata (OA of knee joint) such as sandhishula (pain) , sandhishotha (swelling) , Sandhisputana (crepitus), prasarana akunchana Vedana (pain during flexion and extension), Sparsha asahatva (tenderness). Patients Fit For Basti. Subject who submit a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of K/C/O rheumatoid arthritis [RA], Gout , ankylosing and traumatic arthritis Patients suffering from paralysis Patients having septic arthritis ,tuberculosis ,brucellosis ,pyogenic osteomyelitis Patients with bony deformity Pregnant and lactating mother. Patients Unfit for Basti.
