Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group of 18 to 35 years, both male and female, Visual analogue scale score greater than 3, based on short version of smartphone addiction scale score greater than 23, craniovertebral angle less than 50 degree, neck disability index score greater than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals having headache due to migraine, any fracture of cervical spine, osteoporosis, cervical stenosis, tumor, uncontrolled hypertension, prolonged use of steroid, history of whiplash injury, Past surgical interventions, Patient having torticollis, and scoliosis, cervical radiculopathy symptoms
