Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I,II,III Elective lower abdominal surgery under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA IV,V Emergency surgery Presence of primary or secondary adrenal insufficiency Presence of valvular heart disease Previous allergic reaction to magnesium sulfate
