Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with the age group 18-50 years. 2) Patient undergoing for planned anorectal surgery under Local anesthesia will be included in this study. 3) Patients with controlled diabetes mellitus and controlled hypertension those are fit for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age below 18 years and above 50 years. 2) Patients of uncontrolled Hypertension (Blood pressure of patient should be within normal range with or without medication, Normal range of blood pressure:140/90 mm of Hg as per mentioned in ICD-10) Patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (In a patient with classic symptoms of hyperglycemia or hyperglycemic crisis, a random plasma glucose =200 mg/dl) . 3) Pregnant and lactating female. 4) Patients on anti-depressant and anti-psychotic treatment.
