Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis patients according to ACR /EULAR criteria . 2.Patients age group between to 30-60 years irrespective of gender . 3.Patients Niruha basti araha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having cripling deformity 2. Cardiac disorder , pregnancy, other autoimmune diseases . 3. Patients under steroids and DMARDs since 1 and Â½ month .
