Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sperm count less than 15 million/mL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/c/o systemic illnesses 2. Diagnosed with Grade II and above of varicocele. 3. Cases of azoospermia and aspermia 4. Patients undergoing medications for acute infections or taking anti-psychotic drugs 5. Men with lactose intolerance
