Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-2 scheduled for hip surgery under spinal anaesthesia T6-T8 dermatomal block level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac abnormalities (EF less than 50,Arrhythmia, heart block) Uncontrolled hypertension Hyperthyroidism MAO Inhibitors Allergy to study drugs Spinal anaesthesia contraindicated patients
