Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed subjects of obesity. 2.Patient with age group 18-50 years. 3.Subject who submit written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who are diagnosed to have systemic disorders like diagnosed with Uncontrolled Hypertension More Than 140/90 mmhg, Thyroid disorders, Psychological disorders and any serious systemic illness. 2.PregnantandLactatingwomen. 3.Drug induced Dyslipidemia. 4.Major skin allergic conditions and diagnosed major skin diseases patients. 5.Patient who are having a past history of Stroke, Myocardial Infarction, severe Pulmonary Dysfunctions which interfere with the treatment 6.Subjects not fit for Yoga performance.
