Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Lumbar spondylosis with characteristic X-ray changes 2. Age group 30-70 years 3. Cases of both sexes and all socio economic groups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced degenerative lumbar disease requiring surgical interventions 2. Severe cases with Oswestry disability index between 81-100 % are excluded 3. Patients who are under any other treatment for the same complaint 4. Patients taking NSAID for other conditions 5. Pregnancy

Outcome measurement is done through the data collected by Oswestry lowback pain disability questionnaireTimepoint: Each case will be reviewed at 2-3 weeks interval and will be followed upto a period of maximum 6 months.
