Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)- Age > 20 years upto 70 years. b)- Patient fulfilling DSM-V criteria for insomnia. c)- Patients of insomnia with controlled hypertension and DM d)- Patients of insomnia with anxiety disorder without any complaints of any other major diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)- Patient suffering from chronic illness like uncontrolled hypertension & diabetes. b)- Pregnant and lactating women. c)- Patients having chronic illness like bronchial asthma, malignancies, liver diseases, chronic renal diseases will be excluded from the study. d)- Patient having any severe psychiatric disorder (Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder). e)- Patients who are unfit for Nasya and Shiropichu.

Primary

Complete Remission: 100% relief. Marked Improvement: 75% relief to 99 % relief. Moderate Improvement: 50 % to 74 % relief. Mild Improvement: 25% to 49% relief. No Improvement: up to 24% relief.Timepoint: 8 weeks

Secondary
