Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals of age 60 years and above of either sex will be selected for the study Patients living with family members or living alone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bed ridden patients Physically handicapped patients Patients taking treatment for mental illness Not willing to continue due to any reason Any other illness developed during treatment
