Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classically mentioned signs and symptoms of Manyastambha i.e.Ruka and Stabdhata. Patient fit for the Nasya karma and Ruksha swedan (Valuka pottali).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mothers. Patient who are unfit for Nasya karma and Ruksha swedan. Associated with severe systemic disorders like Hypertension,Diabetes mellitus,etc.
