Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients 18 years to 50 years fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for episodic or chronic migraine with and without aura as per the third edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders ICHD III beta will be enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residing more than 40 km from the research site or being unavailable to attend the intervention at one of the scheduled times. Engaged in intensive yoga practice for more than 3 weeks. Scheduled for elective surgery during the study period. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period. Lactating women.
