Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex and age group of 18-60 years 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists I–II 3. Glasgow Coma Scale 15 4. Supratentorial Tumor (Low Grade, Size less than 3x3x3 cm3) • Elective Supratentorial Craniotomy & Tumor Excision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patient’s Refusal • Previous CSF Shunt Surgery • Previous Lumbar Puncture • Previous Orbital Surgery • Previous Head Trauma • Previous Craniotomy • Cerebrovascular Disease • Anticipated Difficult Intubation
