Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Selection of patient will be 20 - 60 years 2 Patient pre-diagnosed with Fistula in Ano 3 Patient fulfilling the inclusion criteria 4 Patients who have signed the written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed case of Tuberculosis, 2 Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus 3 Diagnosed cases of Chronic Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, Rectal polyps, Rectal prolapsed, Ano rectal malignancy, Venereal diseases, HIV 4 Diagnosed cases of Anaemia 5 Congenital anomalies of anus and rectum 6 Pregnant and Lactating Women
