Inclusion criteria: Patients who have derangement in lipid profile

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have history of pancreatitis, hypothyroidism, IHD, Stroke.

Normal in lipid profile assessed by blood investigation.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed with in 12 weeks

Normal in BMI will be assessed as secondary outcome.Timepoint: Outcome may be expected in a period 12 weeks
