Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and females greater than or equal to 18 years 2.Clinico-radiologically suspected or biopsy proven biliary tract cancers- iHCC and GBC 3.iHCC AJCC stage groups I to IV 4.De-novo locally advanced GBC (suspected T3,T4, N1, vascular involvement) These include AJCC stages III and IV as per the 8th edition. -Incidental GBC including residual GB fossa disease, or hepatoduodenal nodes -Suspected post-treatment recurrence (biochemical or radiological)

Exclusion criteria: 1.Informed consent withdrawal 2.Concurrent malignancy
