Inclusion criteria: All eligible women aged 18-40 years who are ready to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Lactating mothers up to 1 year Women on Hormonal Contraceptives Houses which remain closed for 2 subsequent visits.
