Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Grahani roga. 2.Patients of either sex between age group 18 – 60 yrs 3.Patients exhibiting the cardinal features IBS According to Rome IV Diagnostic Criteria for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the inflammatory bowel disease like Ulcerative Colitis and Crohns disease are excluded. Patients with alchol smoking and other drug addicted are excluded Chronic secretory diarrhea (carcinoid)
