Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women aged 20 to 50 years. Patients having clinical features of Kaphaj Yonivyapad. KOH test positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV, HBsAg, VDRL positive patient. Diagnosed case of Diabetes Mellitus.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in signs such as vaginal itching, vaginal discharge, and vaginal discomfort, as well as overall symptom relief.Timepoint: 7 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Microbiological Cure Rate: The rate of eradication of Candida species from vaginal cultures following treatment with Yoni Prakshalana & Nimbamritadi Kashaya. Quality of Life Improvement: Changes in patient-reported quality of life related to vaginal health, including emotional & psychological well-being, assessed using validated questionnaires. Adverse Effects: The frequency & severity of any adverse effects or side effects associated with the treatment, including any local irritation or discomfort. Clinical Improvement: The rate of overall clinical improvement, including the reduction in the frequency & duration of symptoms, & any additional need for further interventions or medications. Patient Satisfaction: The level of patient satisfaction with the treatment regimen, assessed through post-treatment surveys or interviews.Timepoint: 7 days
