Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy lactating mothers 2. Healthy adolescent women between the age 17-21 years. 3. Those who give consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are on dietary restriction. 2. Adolescent women below the age of 17 years and above the age of 21 years. 3. Those who do not give consent to the study.
