Intervention1: Khesanda (Infusion): Patients will be given the study drug, a Polyherbal Unani Formulation in the form of Khesanda (Infusion) 140 ml with 20 ml 0f Sharbat Toot Siyah orally twice daily

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient’s of any sex in the age group between 18 and 50 years. 2. Patients with clinically diagnosed waram-e-lawzatayn Damvi (tonsillitis). 3. Clinical Scoring System; a. Severe- =9 b. Moderate- 4-8 c. Mild- =3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with any complication of tonsillitis. 2. Tonsillitis associated with any other systemic, metabolic or chronic disease. 3. Patient’s unsure about attending schedule regularly.
