Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TSH with in the range of 4.6 to 40 mU L FT4 less than 0.9 ng dL Anti-TPO less than 9 IU L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low TSH, low FT4 Patients under medications such as Levothyroxine, Amiodarone, Birth control pills. Patient who underwent thyroidectomy Grade 2 and 3 goitre K/C/O. Hypertension Pregnant and lactating women
