Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Diabetic (HbA1c levels =6.5%, FBS =126 mg/dL or 2. Pre-diabetic (HbA1c levels 5.7%- 6.4%, FBS 100-125 mg/dL) adults aged =18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. People under 18 years of age 2. Pregnant women 3. People with comorbidities such as renal, hepatic, and pulmonary morbidities, carcinoma, chronic alcoholism , mental retardation, and endocrinopathies
