Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patient age more than 18years who are taken up for Laparotomy under Department of General Surgery and subsequently admitted in ICU for at- least 24hrs After Surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Immunodeficiency disorder 3.Hematological disorder 4.Operated vitally stable patient otherwise normal in postoperative period if chosen for ICU Treatment after 24hrs. 5.Failed to understand or sign the informed consent will be excluded.
