Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All registered Boxers and Power Lifters of Sikkim Boxing Association and Sikkim Power Lifting Association since past 1 year. 2. All MMA athletes who have competed in at least one event in past 1 year. 3. Both genders with age group of (18-30 years).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participant who has not trained for more than 1 month. 2. Any history of musculoskeletal injury or surgery less than 6 months old. 3. Refusing to participate in the study.

1. SAEHAN Digital hand dynamometer (unit in kgs): To assess the grip strength. 2. Sargeant Jump Test (unit in cms): To assess the lower limb explosive strength.Timepoint: One time study, (cross sectional study)

1. Waist- Hip Ratio (WHR), here waist & hip circumference is measured in centimetres. 2. Waist-to-Height Ratio (WHtR), here waist & hip circumference is measured in centimetres. 3.
