Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18-60 years of both sexes 2. Patients with rough, husky voice. 3. Patients with hoarseness lasting more than 14 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with underlying immune deficiencies, carcinoma. 2. Patients with congenital malformation of larynx 3. Chronic tobacco use and heavy alcohol use 4. Pregnant and lactating women 5. Patients with serious systemic illness 6. Patients with abnormal TSH value

MeasureTime frame
Changes in GRBASI score after administration of IHM Timepoint: every 4 weeks, from baseline till the conclusion of the study at 6th month.
