Intervention1: Male Collegiate Volleyball Players: Strengthening exercises with resistance bands will be done including squats, forward lunges. Carried out for total duration of 8 weeks. Intervention2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No surgical history, no medical conditions and BMI in normal range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female athletes, BMI More and less than normal BMI, irregular practice
