Inclusion criteria: 1. children with age group 7-12 years without any bar of race, religion and sex 2. children with weight for age between 60-80% of ideal weight for age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient having systemic disease 2. infectious disease like T.B. 3. Malignancies 4. Mal absorption syndrome 5. Children less than 60% of ideal weight for age
