Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dengue and suspected sepsis patients aged 1 month to 17 years admitted in PICU or ER with shock
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with shock other than dengue or septic shock 2. Parents/ guardian not willing to participate in the study 3. Patient in extremis
