Intervention1: Coma Arousal Therapy: Four senses (kinesthetic, visual, tactile and auditory senses) will be stimulated thrice a day, 6
days a week for 2 weeks. The GCS and CRS will be measured on day
then right and left lower
extremities. Materials used will be brush, various cloth textures, sandpapers, cotton balls.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Had stable vital signs, central venous pressure, and intracranial pressure (ICP) for 24 hour before the enrollment. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score was between 3 and 8 CRS Scale score between 0-10
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Past history of brain injury or any other cerebral pathology, seizure history, blindness, hearing loss, or colour blindness CRS Score greater than 10 GCS Score greater than 8
