Interventions

Intervention1: Indicated homoeopathic medicine with calcarea phos 6X: Indicated homoeopathic medicine along with Calcarea phos 6X 4 tablet,two times per day,Orally and physiotherapy for six month Cont

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having Grade 1,2,3, OA of knee joint . 2. Case are included form 40 to 90 year of age, any sex, any level of exercise, any occupation, OA with DM, Hypertension or Thyroid disease with Grade 1,2,3, OA of knee joint. 3. Case having predominance complain of osteoarthritis of Knee joint and having main complain of knee joint pain, stiffness, limitation of movement and functional disability so He/she can suitable for Womac scale. Orthopedic consultant opinion will be taken as when diagnosis is not clear or as per need of case. 4. Case are included who has history of Knee joint pain, stiffness and limitation of knee at least more than four week duration. 5. Case having diagnosis on basis of the clinical history and/or with X ray of Knee joint- AP. 6. Those patients who are using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs regularly, they are included after washout period of 7 days. 7. Case having predominance complain of osteoarthritis of Knee joint and having main complain of knee joint pain, stiffness, limitation of movement and functional disability so He/she can suitable for WOMAC scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case with other disease conditions which can leading to Knee joint pain, functional immobility, stiffness like Acute Knee injuries, Recent fracture, RA, Gout, septic arthritis. 2. Patients with systemic connective tissue disease or any other systemic disease which indirectly affect on Knee joint like SLE, Psoriatic arthritis, RA.
