Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases that fulfil the diagnostic criteria. Cases that have a SNOT score above seven.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with other serious associated illness and life threatening conditions like malignancy. Cases which had undergone surgery for sinusitis.
