Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60years ASA grade I and II BMI more than 30 kg per meter square

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma and tumour or deformity of upper airway Difficult mouth opening with interincisor gap of less than three cm Fracture and deformity of cervical spine Patient with thyroid and neck swelling
