Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Presence of third impacted lower molar (2) A satisfactory general health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The presence of any systemic disease (2) Consumption of Corticosteroids or other medications for any other illness (3) Consumption of any immunosuppressive or anti-inflammatory drug in 3 months duration prior to the study (4) Status of pregnancy, lactation and usage of oral contraceptives (5) Tobacco in any form (6) Uncooperative patient.
