Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary fissure -in-ano.(Acute fissure) 2.Patient with/without bleeding from fissure. 3. Patient without sentinel tag. 4.Patient of the age group 18 to 60 year. 5.Patient having both sex either Male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary fissure -in-ano (Chronic fissure) 2.Patient with sentinel tag 3.HCV,HIV,HbsAg 4.Patient with a concurrent systematic diseases like Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension 5.Pragnent, menstruating and lactating woman 6.Patient of the age less than 18 or elderly above 60 years

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficacy of Apamarg Pratisarniya kshar in the management of ParikartikaTimepoint: Maximum 2 weeks. The trial drug will be given for maximum 2 weeks as tropical application once a weekly and follow up every 7th days for 2 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To Introduce the best & cost effective modality of treatment, Decrease the risk of recurrence & fasten the recovery.Timepoint: After analysing all parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and improvement Fair recovery in 1 week improvement in clinical features 31 to 60 percent Good recovery improvement after 1 weeks improvement in clinical features 61 to 90 percent Complete recovery after 2 weeks improvement in clinical features more than 90 percent
