Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 25 to 35 years Gender will be both Female and Male Navicular drop is greater than or equal to 10 mm Unusually diminutive Arches Foot arch pain The weight bearing foot giving away Presence of calcaneal valgus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Above 35 years Any fractures in the ankle join Structural flat foot Stress fracture in the foot. People with COPD, any cardiac conditions (myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, aneurysms, CABG), active rheumatoid arthritis (Hip ,Ankle and Knee) should not be included in the study. Lower extremity deformity , injuries within 6 months , neuromuscular disorder
