Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants fulfilling the diagnostic criteria 2. Participants who are ready to sign the informed consent 3.Participants who are diagnosed with Ardhavabhedaka and indicated for Nasya 4.Subject of either gender of age between 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Migraine with aura 2)Known cases of severe depression or psychiatric disorders 3)Referred pain in one half of head due to disorders of ear, eye, nose, teeth and neck 4)All subjects contraindicated for Nasya 5)Pregnant and lactating women.

MeasureTime frame
1.The assessment is done before and after treatment based on HIT -6 scale [headache impact tool] which is a validated scale to evaluate the impact of headache on the ability to function at work, school or social situations. Intensity of headache, duration of headache, nausea, Photophobia and Phonophobia will also be assessed using suitable scale.Timepoint: subjects are assessed at baselevel,7th day , 30th day and 31st day after completion of treatment
