Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intervention is by the topical application of Kutaj ksheer, latex of Apocynaceae -family of Holarrhena antidysenterica. Wallan Comparator group is with topical application of innert powder of lactulose 1)Patients of either gender between 20-60 years 2)Patients with the above signs and symptoms 3)Patients diagnosed with Goligher’s classification III/IV degree haemorrhoids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with avarasatvabala, krisha, durbala, kshata. 2)Neoplastic/infective/traumatic conditions of the anorectal part. 3)Congenital deformities of GIT. 4)Severe systemic diseases which interferes in the treatment 5)Bleeding disorders like thrombocytopenia, hypokalemia and Vitamin B-12 deficiency 6)Patients on anti-coagulant drugs 7)Internal haemorrhoids 8)Those who do not clear the screen test
