Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females of age between 45-60 years having subjective symptoms after cessation of menstruation greater than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants with evidence of malignancy,surgical menopause,participants having cardiovascular diseases,diabetic mellitus,hypertension,psychological conditions under medication,liver diseases and renal diseases.
