Inclusion criteria: -Patient diagnosed with parikartika(fissure in Ano) -Lactating mother -Patients of mutiple fissure in the anal canal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients of chronic Fissure in ano with sentinel tag Hemorhoids Fistula in Ano -Pregnant women -Patients with HB% beow8gms%
