Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Systemically healthy patients aged 3-8 years 2.Children with history of spontaneous pain 3. Deciduous teeth with at least 2/3 root present 4.Necrotic or infected primary teeth with sufficient coronal structure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Extensive root resorption 2.Teeth with radiolucency in the furcation area 3.Extreme tooth mobility 4.Teeth with dentoalveolar abscess, swelling and sinus tract 5.Medically comprised patients
