Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants will be selected randomly irrespective of Prakriti, gender, caste, religion and economic status. 2. Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of Purishaja Krimi as mentioned in classical Ayurvedic texts and modern literature 3. Participants who are competent and willing to provide written informed consent. 4. Patients confirming positive Stool Test relating to Helminth infections (GI nematodes)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having history of pineapple allergy 2. Lactating or any pregnancy in females . 3. Taking any hormonal therapy or pill . 4. Participants with evidence of malignancy. 5. Person who suffers any cardiac diseases or any major surgery. 6. Person who take any anti anxiety or antidepressant drug 7. Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus and hypertension 8. Severe gastro- intestinal problems 9. Acute pain in the abdomen. 10. Severe anemia
