Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted in ICU with Acute respiratory distress syndrome Adult ARDS patients aged between 18 to 70 years on invasive mechanical ventilation or non-invasive mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient of ARDS who are diagnosed COVID 19 positive Patients with chest trauma, massive blood transfusion and heart failure Patients with obvious causes of fluid overload Patients with hypo-albunemia states Patients with post albumin transfusiuon, patients on dialysis, patients with surgeries involving GIT
