Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with multiple cutaneous warts (more than equal to 3) 2) Patients presenting to the outpatient department of Dermatology 2) Patients who agree to give informed, written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating ladies 2) Those with uncontrolled urticaria 3) Hypersensitivity to lignocaine 4) History of uncontrolled asthma 5) History of severe hypersensitivity to vaccines 6) Acute febrile illness 7) Bleeding diathesis 8) Those receiving concomitant other treatments for warts 9) Immunosuppressed patients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection, diabetes, post-splenectomy patient or patients on immunosuppressive drugs like corticosteroids 10) Past history of meningitis or convulsions 11) Patients with isolated filiform, plane, genital warts.
