Intervention1: Topical Diclofenac sodium 2% gel: 2 percent twice daily application over the seborrheic keratosis for 3 months Control Intervention1: Tretinoin 0.05% cream: 0.05 percent twice daily app

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients with seborrheic keratosis 2.Not used any topical agents for treatment of Seborrheic Keratosis for past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having Seborrheic Keratosis located in intertriginous sites and near eyelids. 2.Patients having DPN’s and stucco keratosis.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clearance rate will be assessed by measuring reduction in size of Seborrheic KeratosisTimepoint: Follow up will be done every 2 weeks for 3 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To document the adverse effects of Diclofenac sodium 2% gel and Tretinoin 0.05% cream in the treatment of Seborrheic Keratosis. 2.To compare dermoscopic changes of Seborrheic Keratosis after treatment. Timepoint: Follow up will be done every 2 weeks for 3 months.
